To reach the PROMOVET aim of truely bringing the e into learning, partners have defined three main results (Intellectual Outputs) they would like to present at the end of the project period. These are:

PROMOVET Investigation Study (IO 1)

In the PROMOVET investigation study, partners aimed at finding out more about the current communication and interaction channels used by young low-skilled learners in Europe. They asked young learners about what channels and tools they are using, they provide an overview of current and most frequently used tools and they asked VET trainers and ICT experts about the tools' didactical value. In addition to this empirical part, the study also includes a desk research on relevant existing web sources and literature.
The research report contains a selection of key messages about communication and interaction of young low-skilled learners and presents tools and instruments and their potential didactical value. It is available in English. The summary version is available in all partner languages.

PROMOVET Web-based Compendium of Communication Tools (IO 2)

The PROMOVET Web-based Compendium of Communication Tools is a collection for VET trainers and experts and provides core information on a variety of available tools and instruments to be used in a learning environment with young low-skilled learners. In addition to a comprehensive description of the respective tools, the database provides detailed examples of use for an actual implementation of the tools in VET trainings and for truely bringing the "e" into the learning process.
The database is available in all partner languages and is optimised for mobile access.

PROMOVET Training Programme (IO 3)

In this 5-days' training programme, VET trainers have the possibility to learn more about the use of most recent ICT and social media tools in modern VET didactics for young low-skilled learners. It covers reflection of their own training and interaction processes with their learners, introduction of the most frequently used IT and social media tools and their impact on modern VET didactics, the elaboration of VET session plans, and the elaboration of learning materials based on IT and social media tools used by their young learners.
Parts of the training are provided by young low-skilled people themselves. As part of an inclusive training approach, the young people become the experts and teach their VET trainers how to use the communication channels and tools they use.
The training programme is available in all partner languages.

These outputs will be supported by a multiplier event as well as a transnational joint staff training event. Both events will be organised in Graz (AT) within the project period.
