Meath Partnership, Ireland
Meath Partnership is specialised in designing and implementing local, rural and community development programmes across Ireland. The organisation specialises in building the capacity of local communities through the design and implementation of a range of projects and programmes tackling persistent incidence of exclusion and disadvantage. Meath Partnership is a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status and employs 17 full-time staff. Its focus lies on improving the economic, social and cultural quality of life through the creation of sustainable rural communities in County Meath. Amongst others, Meath Partnership provides the following services and supports to its target groups: training opportunities and mentoring support for the development and expansion of micro-enterprises; career coaching and mentoring service for jobseekers; up-skilling opportunities to low-skilled workers and jobseekers through work-placement programmes; and basic training programmes for early school leavers, migrants and low income farm families.
Meath Partnership are also responsible for delivery of the Local & Community Development Programme with a focus on supporting the integration of marginalised groups into society and economy.

Pori and Rauma Vocational Colleges, Pori Adult Education Centre and Laitila Vocational College Innova merged into Länsirannikon Koulutus Oy WinNova and began providing educational services together in January 2010. WinNova now offers educational services in vocational education to both young and adult students. It is the largest vocational education provider in the region of Satakunta in western Finland.
Currently, Winnova offers over 30 vocational qualifications in different fields as well as adult education, competence-based qualifications and additional professional trainings. Winnova is involved in over 50 development projects (both EU- and national-funded).

Providing services both for private as well as public organisations, ARES is a VET centre that has been working in Campobasso since 1988. Amongst others, ARES supplies career guidance activities addressed to long-term unemployed people and unemployed people in general; courses to become experts in energy management and certification; special training for people in the redundancy fund system. During the last two years, the organisation has specialised in higher-level VET courses providing graduate students with professional qualifications in the field of career guidance and communication in educational contexts (facilitator of communication for students with special needs).
